One3 Design collaborated with Club Car’s industrial designers, mechanical & manufacturing engineers, and production supply chain to create an innovative new street legal LSV.
One3’s primary focus on this project was assisting in the interpretation of the industrial design language provided by Club Car and developing fully detailed, 3D CAD models ready for manufacture. This process involved designing both plastic and metallic components representative of the sleek, automotive styling prescribed by the Club Car team. In addition, One3 assisted in the development of the vehicle’s infrastructure and provided full-scale, prototype build assistance.
