Ryan is a repair lead at One3 Design, specializing in vehicle system troubleshooting, heavy repair, machining, and welding. He earned his AAS in CNC machining from Hawkeye Community College and joined our team following a tenure in various capacities at John Deere. Ryan emphasizes the significance of approaching each project with a sense of personal ownership and a clear understanding of the necessary steps to ensure timely completion. On his days off, Ryan likes to spend time with his wife and daughter, complete projects around his acreage, and play golf.
