Jon, the Director of Engineering at One3, brings a wealth of expertise with over 12 years of experience in the Ag and Construction equipment industry. Trained in a variety of engineering design and development software programs, Jon holds dual degrees in Engineering Science and Business Administration from Wartburg College. His contributions to innovation are highlighted by his involvement in three patents. A native of Iowa, Jon now resides in northern Indiana, where he enjoys running, hunting, farming, gardening, woodworking, and spending quality time with his family.
