Derric has been a driving force in the development and identification of strategic opportunities as One3 works to grow the business into the future. He works with a dedication that prioritizes design excellence, safety, and an unwavering commitment to achieving the highest standards for our clients.
Derric began his career as a design engineer and rapidly ascended to upper-management and leadership roles. His keen ability to identify the best and most profitable solutions has led him through various leadership positions in the Oil & Gas, Traffic and Lighting, Marine, and Off-highway equipment industries.
Derric lives in Oklahoma with his wife and enjoys spending time with their children and grandchildren.
